Speed and Agility Training
Geared towards kids of all ages, our speed and agility program is designed to improve acceleration and reaction time, enhance coordination, and help to develop explosive power. These invaluable skills will help athletes to really stand out in their sport of choice. Our classes are designed to be challenging and competitive, but they are accessible to all levels.
Coach Kyle James
Coach Kyle combines a BS in Business Administration with an IFA personal training certification. As a student athlete, Kyle's Highland Bluebirds twice won state championships. After high school, he went on to Thomas More College where he was a four year letterman. While playing for the Saints, he set two school records as a kickoff returner, and in the off season, he excelled in the weight room, setting four school weight lifting records. He was able to continue his career after college, playing for the NKY Bulldogs, and then professionally with the NKY River Monsters and the NKY Nightmare.
